Rupert Irving - Director and Consultant

Rupert has spent twenty years in executive search consultancy leading, transacting and delivering on client retained assignments in the Financial sector.

He has developed a specialist interest in Insurance and Reinsurance, UK and International Retail, Alternative Risk and London Market, Life and Employee Benefits, Pensions and Actuarial business areas.

Previously with C T Bowring and Johnson & Higgins, both companies now part of Marsh Inc., he was based in the UK initially and working in the Lloyd’s and London International markets in various Re/Insurance market facing positions; and latterly working in the North American, European and the Middle Eastern regions in client relationship management appointments handling global multinational accounts.

He was a founder of the business in 2000 and since that time he has built and developed the executive search business and professional networks of Patterson Irving.
