Patterson Irving was formed in 2000 by the founding partners, to build and develop a leading specialist executive search consultancy.
Patterson Irving comprises industry professionals with proven experience and expertise both in executive search consulting and the business areas where we operate.
The consultancy is led by Rupert Irving with twenty years in executive search consulting along with colleagues whose business experience spans over sixty years. The business is partnered with professional research consultants who work closely with us on all assignment and projects.
The business works in partnership with Clients through handling retained assignments both in executive search and consulting projects.
The ethos behind the company is to provide a professional service based upon integrity, confidentiality and mutual respect; ultimately we seek to add demonstrable value to our Clients’ businesses.
